We will perform initial characterisation of powder catalyst formulations on a small scale using a combination of X-ray scattering and diffraction techniques (e.g. XAFS\/XRD). We will then move onto the study of the real structured catalysts\/reactors using in situ advanced chemical imaging (computed tomography) techniques, such as XRF, XRD-CT.
